Our B&B is located in the picturesque Maas village of Linne (Limburg) and is completely separate from the main house.

After checking in, your privacy is guaranteed, just like in a hotel. Of course we are available if you need us.
Each room has its own bathroom, refrigerator, coffee and tea. The B&B has its own garden and terrace with BBQ and garden fireplace.
There is a private closed parking lot with video surveillance. So also ideal for company vans, etc.
There is a safe garage with charging points for cyclists.

B&B Katoo is 5 minutes away from the Highway A73 and A2. You can also be in Belgium, Germany or Roermond in 15 minutes.


For many, a day trip to the Designer Outlet in Roermond or exploring the nature and water ponds around Linne is one of the reasons to visit this beautiful, peaceful place.
Whether you like long walks or prefer to explore the area by bike, Linne is the place!
A place where you can completely relax. You are guaranteed to come home rested and enjoy everything you have seen and experienced.
There are various nice routes available for both walkers and cycling enthusiasts.

B&B Katoo also rents E-bikes and shuttle service by appointment.
Smoking, gourmet dining, stone grilling, fondue, etc. are not permitted inside.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Brief history of the property:
In 2017 we purchased the former brothel "Party Farm", which had not been active as a Club for 10 years.
After 3 years of intensive renovation, the brothel has been transformed into a B&B!
So, now you can confidently tell everyone that you visited a brothel...
